You’ve been spending more and more of your time feeling worried or anxious, with racing, repetitive, incessant thoughts. You're getting to a point where you're even worrying about when the next anxiety attack might occur, and you feel like you're throwing all of your energy at trying to keep the worries at bay. You look in the mirror and all you can see are the parts of you that send your body image into a tailspin, or bring an onslaught of gender dysphoria.
